In May 2021, we took a trip down to Dorset for the week. Staying at the Neale’s as a base, we explore the South coast.
There’s some lovely walks to Chapman’s Pool and also Old Harry’s Rock, plus a trip to the Wimborne Pig for a delicious lunch.
A late October trip down to North Devon with the Pepper family. It’s a jam packed few days along the coast, visiting waterfalls, long walks and lots of delicious food! All before a third lockdown and the winter months.
A chilly and wet couple of days in the Cotswolds in October, 2020. We visit the quaint villages of Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold. Our shepherds hut was a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds, with trips to Broadway Tower and Cleeve Hill at the top of our agenda.
While the Covid-19 pandemic put a stop to most of the plans in 2020, including our wedding. We had a week in Dorset exploring the coastline, celebrating our wedding date with the family and taking Roker to the beach.
A trip to one of our favourite spots in the U.K. We spend a few days hiking, with some stunning views of the whole region. Paired with good company and good food, it was a great May Bank Holiday.
After being back at work for a month, we take a short trip down to Sidmouth, Devon. We enjoy a relaxing few days in a lovely hotel and explore the Jurassic Coast and eat lots of delicious food.
Our final stop of our six-month adventure was the capital of Colombia, Bogotá. We explore the city with a walking tour and also learn about the colourful history of Bogotá through the graffiti tour. Our final day we watch England triumph over Colombia behind enemy lines, before flying back to the U.K!
Using our Christmas present from Julie, we take a three day trip to the Peak District. There were plenty of lovely walks and great views!
An Autumn trip North to the Lake District. We were lucky enough to stay in an amazing cabin just off Lake Windermere. We did some walks around the National Park, climbed the Haystacks Peak, and saw some pretty cool waterfalls.
